By accessing and using Ideamore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Ideamore is a marketplace for creative idea cards. Creators publish idea cards across different tiers, and buyers purchase access to these ideas for use in their projects.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to purchase or sell idea cards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are final unless the content is found to be fraudulent or in violation of our content policies. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their idea cards. Buyers receive a non-exclusive license to use purchased ideas for their intended purpose. Resale of purchased idea cards is prohibited.
